About Client

What is Air Reading?

A virtual learning management platform that provides online learning course management solutions for students and teachers. The mission of Air Reading is to make high-quality reading instructions accessible to all children.

What is Air Reading’s goal?

Managing and delivering virtual classes require lots of operational work. Airreading will help reduce the operational cost and provide guidance to parents who can self-serve class cancellations and get make-up classes.

Client's demand:

  • Use usability tests to target pain points and provide solutions.

  • Easy and clear user flow (book class, cancel class, make up missed class).

  • Make cancellation and make up class rules straightforward for users.

Feedback and Final Thoughts

  • Keep iterating the booking flow.

  • Clients suggest that we create a “stealth” design for the cancel button so that the actual user will not rely on the cancel function too much, which will reduce their system load after this product is launched.

  • Keep in touch with our client to provide further assistance in future updates.
